Enrollment Information

To enroll your team please fill out the Team Registration Form below, email jcunningham@bethanysoccercamps.com or call us at 304-829-4559 to have a team packet sent to you.  Another option could be that your players could individual register on-line along with an email from the coach to jcunningham@bethanysoccercamps.com with a roster.

The "Team Camp" fees are discounted with 12 or more players.  A coach or assistant coach may attend with the team.  The camp fee includes all direct charges for five days at camp:  room, meals, use of facilities, swimming pool, tennis courts, weight room, camp shirt and awards. A small amount of spending money is generally needed for snacks, gifts from the college bookstore, and camp concession.
