Check In/Check Out

Check-In/Check-Out
RESIDENTIAL	Check-In/Move-In  Campers check in between 12:00 and 2:00 pm on Sunday at Ignatius Hall.  Campers will report to their assigned residence halls following check-in. A key and identification bracelet is issued to each camper for convenience and security enhancements.   Check-Out/Move-out On Thursday, campers will return keys and check out between 2:00-4:00 following the afternoon soccer matches with residence coach/counselor. Campers are responsible for key loss and damages.
COMMUTER	Check-in Campers can check in between 1:30 and 2:30 pm on Sunday at Ignatius Hall to receive "Camp Team" information, including the name of the coach.   Daily Arrival and Departure Commuter campers are to meet at Championship Stadium 15 minutes prior to each session. A camp staff coach will be available. Commuters are to depart from game sites following the evening games and Thursday final games and coaches' review. A "Commuter Lounge" is available on the main floor of Ignatius Hall with access to a TV, vending machines, the Camp Bulletin Board, and a WJU Staff member at the information desk. Campers who have vehicles will need to have parking permits and comply with security policies and procedures.
